Terms and conditions "Most influential company of Weebiz"

1. The challenge

  1. 1.1 This challenge was created to determine the most influential company on Weebiz according to our parameters. The winning company will receive a financial incentive of 1.000.000€ plus 20.000€ for each profile administrator.
  2. 1.2 The award is exclusive of all taxes or duties imposed by governing authorities. You alone are responsible for payment of all such taxes or duties.

2. Timeline

  1. 2.1 The challenge does not have a predetermined day to end. It will end 10 working days after Weebiz has 5000 registered first class accounts.

3. Eligibility

  1. 3.1 The company must be legally registered.
  2. 3.2 The company must have an active first class account on Weebiz.
  3. 3.3 Any action, or set of actions, considered fraudulent by Weebiz will result in ineligibility for this challenge.

4. How to win

  1. 4.1 The winner, and most influential company on Weebiz, will be the active first class account that obtains the highest score, according to the following formula: 4*A+3*B+C+0,1*D+0,01*E.
    1. A – Number of invited companies (through the Weebiz invite system or using an invitation code) that become first class accounts;
    2. B – Number of invited companies (through the Weebiz invite system or using an invitation code) that become registered accounts (excludes the companies that become first class accounts);
    3. C – Number of connections on Weebiz (clients, suppliers and partners);
    4. D – Number of companies that follow your company’s activity;
    5. E – Number of unique page views to your company’s profile.
  2. 4.2 For example:
    1. Company 1: A=2 + B=6 + C=15 + D=35 + E=300
    2. Score = 47,5
    3. Company 2: A=1 + B=7 + C=18 + D=30 + E=350
    4. Score = 49,5
    5. Company 2 wins.

5. Prize delivery

  1. 5.1 The prize will be delivered by bank wire transfer to the IBAN of the winning company.
  2. 5.2 Other delivery conditions may be agreed between Weebiz and the winning company.
